Nomadic Sauna & Ice Pty Ltd ABN 76 680 023 009 (BitterSweat) – Mobile Sauna & Ice Bath Station

By completing this check in form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms before using the BitterSweat mobile sauna and ice bath station:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that using a wood-fired sauna and ice bath carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: Burns from the sauna heater or hot surfaces, fire hazards, slips, falls, or injuries from entering/exiting the unit, hot and cold exposure risks such as overheating, hypothermia or shock. I accept full responsibility for my own safety while using the facilities.

2. HEALTH & FITNESS DECLARATION

I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that may be negatively affected by sauna or ice bath use, including but not limited to: Heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, pregnancy, or any other condition that may be exacerbated by extreme heat or cold. I understand that if I am unsure about my health, I should consult a medical professional before use.

3. SAFE USAGE & RESPONSIBILITIES

I will follow all safety guidelines provided, including: Using the provided steps and handrail when entering and exiting the unit, not using the sauna on Total Fire Ban days, not touching any hot surfaces, staying hydrated and avoiding alcohol before or during use, limiting my time in the sauna and ice bath according to the recommended guidelines, rinsing off in the shower before entering the ice bath, follow all directions made by BitterSweat representatives. I understand that I must stop use immediately if I feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.

4. PAYMENT & FEES

I acknowledge that all fees and charges must be paid in full prior to use. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed in writing by BitterSweat. Failure to make full payment before my session will result in denied access to the sauna and ice bath station.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

I understand that BitterSweat, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or damages that may occur as a result of using the sauna and ice bath station. I fully release and discharge BitterSweat from any liability, claims, or legal actions resulting from my use of the facilities.

6. SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING CONSENT

I grant BitterSweat permission to capture and use any photos and videos taken of me during my session for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), website content, advertising campaigns. I understand that these images may be used without further notice or compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I will notify a staff member before my session begins.

7. UNDERSTANDING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing the check in form on this page, I confirm I have read, understood and voluntarily accept the risks and responsibilities outlined in this waiver.
